Trying it.

Can I try SyncShot before paying?

Yes — every install starts on a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required. Run real jobs against your real cards and drives, see how it fits your workflow, and upgrade only when you're sure. When the trial ends, your workflows, history, and destinations stay intact on disk — SyncShot flips to read-only mode and waits for you to upgrade.

Do I need to enter a credit card to start the trial?

No. The trial is 14 days, no card on file. We ask for your email and name so we can email you receipts and remind you when the trial is winding down — nothing else.

Paying for it.

What happens if you raise prices?

Founding-member rate is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active. If we raise prices for new sign-ups, your renewal continues at the rate on your original subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, you get the rate in effect on the day you come back.

    What if I cancel?

You keep using SyncShot until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel any time from your account page — it routes to the Paddle customer portal where the cancel button lives. No retention email, no chase.

Day to day.

Do my updates stop if I cancel?

While your subscription is active you get every update — minor and major. If you cancel, the version you have keeps working through the end of your paid period; after that the app locks at its next license check.

How do I get a receipt?

Paddle (our Merchant of Record) emails an itemised receipt for every charge — the initial purchase, every renewal, and any refund. If you need a duplicate, request one from Paddle directly using the link in any of those emails, or write to us and we'll fetch it for you.

For account management, see your account page. For refund requests, see the Refund Policy. For anything else, write to hello@syncshot.io.
