Refund Policy

Every SyncShot purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it's not for you, email us within 14 days and we refund you in full — no questions asked.

14-day money-back guarantee

When you buy SyncShot, your card is charged $99 once for a perpetual license. You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a full refund, for any reason. No explanation required.

How to request a refund

Email hello@syncshot.io with:

  • The email address on your Paddle receipt.
  • Your Paddle order ID (from the receipt).
  • Optional but helpful — what went wrong for you, so we can improve.

We acknowledge refund requests within one business day and process them within three. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, which typically takes 5 – 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and the app will lock on its next validation check.

After the 14-day refund window

Outside the refund window, refunds are at our discretion. If something went seriously wrong — a bug that made the app unusable for you, a double charge, a failed activation — email us and we will try to help. We'd rather give you your money back than have you feel cheated.

When refunds are not available

  • Fraudulent or abusive purchases, including chargeback abuse, license resale, and automated reactivation attempts.
  • Chargebacks opened without contacting us first. Once a chargeback is filed with your bank, the case is handled by Paddle and your issuer, and is outside our direct control. We typically cannot issue a separate refund while a chargeback is open. Please email us first — we will resolve it faster than your bank will.

Paddle's role

Your license is sold through Paddle.com Market Limitedas Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment, processes refunds on our behalf, and is the entity named on your receipt. If you need a duplicate invoice, Paddle's customer support can retrieve one from your email.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to — not a substitute for — any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Nothing here limits those rights. Consumers in the EU and UK, in particular, have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract, which this policy meets or exceeds.
